Welcome Pack
Virtual Recall, who provide easy to use, personalised customer communications tools for vets, asked us to redesign the 'Welcome' pack that they give to new vet practice clients.
The kit contains posters, pads and coasters designed to help communicate to pet-owning customers the importance of checking the contact details that the practice holds for them, as this will ensure that they receive important communications about the health of their pet.
There are also a poster and briefing document to help the practice managers to explain the iRecall platform to their own staff so that they understand the benefits that it will bring to both practice efficiency and animal health.
