Beesley wigs is a family-run business based in Sandhurst offering bespoke and tailored wig making and fitting for women, men and children along with hair pieces, hats and accessories. Their original website was designed and created by Yell along with the embedded promotional video, and was looking a little dated and was not mobile-optimised
They approached FdK to create a new, updated and relevant branding as well as designing and developing a website that reflected the new look and feel as well incorporating a new promotional video and being mobile friendly.
Beesley prides itself in a caring and empathetic service for customers, the majority of whom are suffering from the effects of disease or medical treatment that have lead to hair loss. In addition there are customers using wigs for gender change, fashion, drama and disguise.
They carry a stock of 2000 wigs, a much greater level than most competitors, and the premises at Sandhurst have rooms that can be sectioned for privacy and comfort during consultations.
The staff at Beesley have experience in assisting clients with all aspects of managing the effects of hair loss as well as.
Clients find Beesley from a number of different sources including referral from private hospitals such a Mount Alvernia, Spire clinic and Hampshire clinic. They are also are used by The Little Princess Trust charity and customer retention is good, with many tending to come back regularly.
